Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it.
  • No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained.
  • Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of the company & refund would only be in the form of credit voucher code.
  • Write us at somscreation@gmail.com for any cancellations or you can get in touch with us via whatsapp.
  • Cancellation charges may be applied.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone.
  • The Customized Products/ Order can not be cancelled.

Exchange Rate – We follow our own Exchange Rates.

Returns & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7 Day Exchange policy for all garments. Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect (which is highly unlikely as we check the products at least twice before dispatch) or dispatch of incorrect item or if there is a size issue. Exchanges should be informed to us within 3 days of delivery. To initiate your exchange, mail us your product details to somscreation@gmail.com We will acknowledge your exchange.

The product should then be couriered back to somscreation within 7 days of receipt of the same. Your garment must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. The garment should also be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

Once the product is returned, we shall send the exchange product.

Note: Any applicable customs and duties for returned items will be borne by you.

*We do not exchange if the dress doesn’t suit you & we also do not exchange or return for any small issues like tassels pulled,minor handwork pulled  as that might happen during transit of the product. you can easily fix it.

*10-15% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

* All the sale & discounted purchases are non-exchangeable. Exchanges can be processed only once per order.

* Products that have been customised as per client’s requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange.

*The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

*There are certain circumstances under which a return would not be accepted from somscreation end. Following are the parameters that have to be met for validating a return.

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must not carry any stain, sweat or body odour on it.
  • It must not be torn or damaged.
  • The price tags, paper tags should be in unaltered manner.
  • The packaging and folding should be intact.
  • The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.

Shipping & Delivery

We travel miles for our clients, quite literally because we ship our garments worldwide. 

  • Delivery within Mumbai/ India is free and is not restricted to any order value. 
  • Delivery within Mumbai/ India is done in 10 to 15 days time.
  • Custome orders may take little more time.
  • For international orders there is a shipping fee ,GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
  • The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis. Every time an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. Charges such as ‘Custom, Import Duties, GST, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller’s control, but are determined by your local government.’

Order Process

Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ option *Please note that the measurements would carry 2 size alterations options:-

a) Standard Measurement & b) Custom Measurements

# Product delivery time frame is minimized in Standard measurement option & we can try to get the product dispatched as per the estimated dispatched date on our website. (THIS POINT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED)

b) Custom Measurement option :-

# Under Custom measurement option, product dispatched date will be extended to 10-15 days.

# Estimated Dispatch date will be calculated on receiving measurement details from you.

#Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ icon at the top right of the page. You can use the ‘DELETE’ link next to Subtotal column to delete items from your shopping cart as well. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. Ensure that you enter a correct email address after which, we would send you an order acknowledgement email and order update email(s). The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the products. payment
